AUN Thai Laboratories Co.,Ltd. is working on the contracted assignments and tasks from AUN Consulting, Inc. in Tokyo and AUN Okinawa Laboratories, Inc. in Okinawa. English and Japanese are often used as the main languages in communication. The main responsibility of this position is creating and analyzing reports of each client in Excel forms, and gather information for AUN English web site.
We are looking for candidates who are fluent in English, willing to do daily routine works and work in an office. In the beginning, you will be assigned to be responsible for basic tasks such as input data or research. After you become familiar with the tasks you will be responsible for some more challenging appointment. Working with our company, you will be able to improve your skills and show your potential. Candidates who can start immediately are preferable.
Japanese Coordinator
Job Description :-
- Working as a coordinator between Tokyo Head quarter, Okinawa Branch and staffs in Thailand. (making contact with Japanese via phone, online-chat, e-mail)
- Translating e-mails in Japanese
- Using Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint to creating reports
- Dealing with related documents for sales representatives in Tokyo
Requirements :-
- Male or Female
- Age Not Over 30 years old
- Thai Nationality Only
- Bachelor's Degree in any field (Fresh graduates are welcome)
- Very good command of both written and spoken Japanese. (JLPT level 2 or higher)
- Able to communicate by English
- Grade Point Average （GPA） from university over 2.5
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Possible to work in long term
- Able to work as a team
